The Department of Natural Resources has awarded Tri Scapes Inc the contract for improvements of Resaca Battlefield State park. The project will include construction of a new entry and access road to a “green” stand-alone restroom pavilion. The project also includes over 5 miles of walking and hiking trails, stream crossings, pedestrian bridges, informational kiosks, colored and stamped sidewalks, colorful summer meadows seed installation, access to actual battlefield areas via trails, and wooden bridges.
